The SG45 is a heavy-duty, powerful, continuous water-based smoke generator for Ventilation Training, Search & Rescue Training, Large Area Search Training, Mask Confidence Training and Industrial Applications. With built-in handles, steel chassis and rubberized feet, the SG35 is portable enough to be easily moved, but rugged enough to handle the demands of firefighter training. Intelligent controls and an easily interchangeable 2.5 Gallon Smoke Fluid Tank enable the SG45 to generate smoke continuously for hours. Designed to generate instant smoke in very large spaces, the SG45 combines a unique range of features to create a variety of powerful smoke effects.
The Hi-Mass Vaporizing System guarantees even more output for longer periods, while maximum efficiency is still achieved, requiring only 1500 watts to produce a massive 45,000 cubic feet of dense smoke per minute. A 2.5 Gallon Smoke Fluid Tank ensures long operational periods without refilling.
An on-board remote is also included, offering an auto-timer function, with extendability by the 8x-mode function. The smooth 0 - 100% smoke output allows precision atmospheric control. The analog link functionality permits multi-machine control from a single multifunctional controller.
