Please feel free to call us any time for questions concerning our product, fog machine fluid, or fog related questions in general. We are happy to help others learn from our many years in the fog machine fluid business.

Replacements
In the unlikely event that your package is damaged during shipment, we will send you a replacement shipment as soon as we find out about the problem.

Returns
If you need to return an item, you will need to e-mail us so you can get an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returned items must be in the original package and not be used in any way. There is a 25% restock fee on returned items. Shipping costs for any items returned are the sole responsibility of the customer unless it is our error. All shipping costs for any items exchanged are the sole responsibility of the customer unless it is our error. Please include item number and payment method with the RMA number. We will not charge a shipping fee on items returned due to our error and will rectify the problem promptly without expense to you. If you need extra assistance after the return send an email to sales@trainingsmoke.com and we will help in any way possible. We strive to keep our customers happy!
Payment Policy:

Items will not be shipped unless payment is complete.

TN sales may be subject to 9.25% state sales tax.

We reserve the right not to accept UNCONFIRMED addresses or to cancel bids with negative feedback.

In the rare instance of a defective or damaged product, you MUST notify us within 3 days of receipt.

Do not discard packing materials until you have inspected your product. We do not refund shipping costs.
Shipping Policy:

FedEx Ground:
This is our preferred method of shipping for all orders. FedEx Ground can deliver to most of our customers in less than 3 days with the only exception being the West Coast States. The estimated time of arrival is 2-5 business days.
Sorry, FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes. FedEx will only ship to a physical street address.

FedEx Express:
This is our preferred method of shipping for all expedited orders.

USPS Express and Priority:
We use USPS for all P.O. Box, APO and FPO shipments.

International Shipping:
All International Orders are shipped via USPS Express and Priority.

International Shipping Quote:
If you are outside the US and you would like a shipping quote, email your physical address and we will provide a quote within 24 hours (M-F).
